Web Programming: CAIT's web programming includes HTML, XML, SHTML, Flash™, Shockwave™, JavaScript, and Java. These technologies are critical in providing dynamic, interactive online environments.

Database/Application Programming: CAIT builds database applications for the web using MySQL, SQL, and Oracle™ databases, and using JSP as a middleware. CAIT's experienced database programmers create truly dynamic and interactive web-based reporting and registration systems that use backend database engines for record keeping and reporting, while using JSP to interact with the browser web page.

Graphics and Animation: CAIT's graphics division is skilled in the creation and production of web-based graphics and animation using Flash. This capacity is crucial to dynamic and interactive web interfaces and instruction.

Support Services: CAIT maintains a distance learning support service or help desk accessible by telephone through an 800 number and by internet. A custom integrated web-based tracking system allows CAIT to track and document all support requests and issues. Currently, 98% of all service requests are resolved within 8 hours, most within 4 hours.
